1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "the user") and Beta Web Analysis Limited ("ZoraTips", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at zoratips.com and all associated content, features and services (collectively, "the Service").

By visiting the site, creating an account, subscribing to our VIP service or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, in which case references to "you" include that organisation.

2. Who We Are

ZoraTips is operated by Beta Web Analysis Limited, a company registered in Nigeria. Our website is available at zoratips.com.

ZoraTips is a football prediction and analysis service. We publish statistical analysis, model-based probability assessments and editorial commentary relating to football matches. We are not a licensed bookmaker, betting exchange or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, hold customer funds or provide gambling services as defined under applicable gambling legislation.

3. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following requirements to use the Service:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher than 18.
• You must be legally permitted to access sports betting information and prediction content in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing this site is lawful where you are located.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion scheme or any other restriction that prohibits you from accessing gambling-related content.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above requirements. If you do not meet these requirements, you must immediately stop using the Service. We reserve the right to terminate any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe eligibility requirements are not met.

4.1 What we provide

ZoraTips provides:

• Free daily football predictions across nine betting markets, published on the website by 9am GMT each day.
• Statistical analysis including Poisson distribution modelling, Expected Goals (xG) data and pre-match intelligence for each published tip.
• A publicly accessible results archive documenting the outcome of every published tip.
• Educational content including our Betting Guide, market explanations and responsible gambling guidance.
• VIP subscription content for paying members, as described in Section 6.

4.2 Nature of the content

All predictions, tips and analysis published by ZoraTips are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They represent the output of our statistical models and the editorial judgement of our analysts at the time of publication. They are not financial advice, investment advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

Football is an inherently unpredictable sport. Even the most rigorous statistical model cannot eliminate the uncertainty inherent in predicting football results. A tip that our model rates at 78% probability will, by definition, fail to land approximately 22% of the time.

4.3 Availability

We aim to publish predictions by 9am GMT each day that football fixtures are available. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability of the Service. We may suspend, modify or withdraw any part of the Service at any time without notice for maintenance, technical reasons or any other reason. We will not be liable to you for any interruption or withdrawal of the Service.

4.4 Accuracy

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, we do not warrant that all content is accurate, complete or up to date. Odds quoted at the time of publication may differ from odds available when you wish to place a bet. We are not responsible for any discrepancy between published odds and odds available from bookmakers at any given time.

5. Accounts

5.1 Registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. You must update your account information promptly if it changes.

5.2 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

5.3 One account per person

You may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restriction, access free trials more than once, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage is a breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.

5.4 Account termination by you

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. On account closure, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. VIP Subscriptions

6.1 VIP content

ZoraTips offers a paid VIP subscription that provides access to additional predictions and analysis beyond our free daily tips. The specific content included in a VIP subscription is described on the VIP page and may be updated from time to time.

6.2 Payment

VIP subscriptions are subject to the fees published on the site at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store your card details. By purchasing a VIP subscription, you authorise the recurring charge to your payment method for the subscription period selected.

6.3 Renewal and cancellation

VIP subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each subscription period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to VIP content until that date.

6.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for VIP subscriptions once the subscription period has commenced, except where required by applicable consumer protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under applicable law, please contact us within 14 days of payment.

6.5 Sharing and resale

VIP subscriptions are for your personal use only. You may not share your login credentials, resell access to VIP content, republish VIP tips on any platform or otherwise make VIP content available to third parties. Breach of this provision may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ZoraTips website — including but not limited to predictions, analysis, articles, graphics, data, code, design and trademarks — is owned by or licensed to Beta Web Analysis Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute or republish any content from the site in any medium without our prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the site by automated means.
• Create derivative works based on our content.
• Use our content for any commercial purpose, including operating a competing service.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice on the site.

Any use of our content beyond the scope of this licence requires our express prior written consent. To request permission, please contact us using the details in Section 16.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Service. You must not:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material ("spam").
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, any server on which the Service is hosted, or any database connected to the Service.
• Use any automated tool, bot, scraper or spider to access or collect data from the Service.
• Introduce any virus, trojan, worm, logic bomb or other malicious or technologically harmful material.
• Conduct or facilitate any denial-of-service attack against the Service.
• Impersonate ZoraTips, any member of our team or any other person.
• Use the Service to facilitate match-fixing, illegal betting or any other fraudulent activity.
• Republish our tips or analysis on any third-party platform, social media channel or tipster comparison site without our express written permission.

We reserve the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take such action as we consider appropriate, including terminating your account and/or reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We specifically disclaim any warranty that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
• Any predictions, tips or analysis published on the site will be accurate, complete or result in profitable outcomes for you.
• Any defects or errors in the Service will be corrected.
• The site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

Past performance of our published tips, as recorded in our results archive, is not indicative of future results. The results archive is provided for transparency and informational purposes. It does not constitute a guarantee or representation that future tips will perform at any particular level of accuracy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Beta Web Analysis Limited and its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any:

• Gambling losses or financial losses of any kind arising from your use of, or reliance on, any prediction, tip or analysis published on the site.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses.
• Loss or damage arising from any interruption or unavailability of the Service.
• Loss or damage arising from any error or inaccuracy in the content published on the site.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for a VIP subscription in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

11. Gambling Disclaimer

ZoraTips publishes football predictions for informational and entertainment purposes. We are not a licensed bookmaker or gambling operator. We do not accept bets, facilitate gambling transactions or hold any gambling licence.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• You are using our predictions entirely at your own risk.
• Past accuracy rates published on this site do not guarantee future performance.
• You are responsible for complying with the gambling laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You are not using this site in contravention of any self-exclusion scheme you have registered with.

12. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, including bookmakers, betting exchanges, odds comparison sites and other football-related services. These links are provided for your convenience only. We do not endorse, control or accept any responsibility for the content, privacy practices or terms of service of any third-party website.

Clicking on a link to a third-party website is done entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website you visit. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website does not imply any commercial relationship, partnership or endorsement between ZoraTips and that website.

As stated elsewhere in these Terms and in our Privacy Policy, ZoraTips does not participate in bookmaker affiliate programmes and does not earn referral commission from links to betting operators.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration.
• Your use of the Service is causing harm to us, other users or third parties.
• We are required to do so by law or regulation.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period.

On termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Where your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund of any VIP subscription fees paid. If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund any unused portion of a prepaid VIP subscription on a pro-rata basis.

The following sections of these Terms survive termination: Section 7 (Intellectual Property), Section 9 (Disclaimers), Section 10 (Limitation of Liability), Section 11 (Gambling Disclaimer) and Section 14 (Governing Law).

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be referred to us for resolution. We aim to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receiving written notice of a dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to attempt mediation before commencing formal legal proceedings.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the law of your jurisdiction, which cannot be excluded or modified by contract.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by publishing a notice on the website or notifying registered users by email.
